What is BOLD? |
Written by Dianna Kokoszka, president of MAPS Coaching, BOLD (Business Objective: Life by Design) includes the mindset, skills and scripts that have propelled Kokoszka’s own million-dollar real estate career and secured her place as the industry’s “Queen of Systems and Scripts.”
Over seven weeks, BOLD conditions agents with powerful mindset exercises, language techniques, business-building strategies and live lead generation activities.
How is BOLD different from other similar training programs? |
Have you ever been to a great training event, pledged to turn over a new leaf and two weeks later, found yourself running your business the same way you were before?
We’ve all been there, and BOLD is different! Over seven weeks, you condition yourself to adopt the mindset and the activities that allow you to cut through the clutter and head straight for your dreams. You will stop living a life by default and step up to a life by design.
What will I learn in BOLD?
When you attend, you will:

- Set BOLD goals
- Learn how to deliver powerful scripts that naturally influence people to work with you
- Build an abundance of leads into your business
- Incorporate time-saving strategies and techniques that will take your business to the highest levels

What is the format for BOLD ?
BOLD is delivered in your local market by a coach who has been carefully selected and trained by Dianna Kokoszka herself.
Once an area has 40 students enrolled, a BOLD program can begin. Then, a coach will be onsite with the participants one day a week for seven weeks.
How do I get BOLD in my area?
Tell your team leader that you’re interested in bringing BOLD to your market and then call MAPS at 512.327.3070!
We’ll be happy to schedule a coach to come in and deliver our FREE First Step to BOLD program in any area where there is an interest in the program.
